Hi! Call me Jess.

I am a Marin County based photographer. I capture faces, places and spaces with an eye for emotion, color and natural light—documenting with a straightforward and open approach.

I spent over a decade in Brand Marketing, for brands including Lyft and Virgin America, overseeing photo shoots and marketing campaigns to visually tell stories in an authentic, creative and impactful way. The same goes for my photography.

From a large family, I am half-Colombian, have lived up and down the coast of California, am the oldest of five kids, and now a mom to three young girls. I’m accustomed to wrangling subjects of all ages and making people feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera.
